• Additional manufacturer warranties may apply where stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobler shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption
• Consequential damages

Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

• Product designs
• Logos

• Graphics

is owned by Mobler or its licensors.

No content may be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Website Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
• Maintenance and technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Internet and E-Commerce Regulations in Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Pakistan
